Does Any of This Sound Familiar?
You’ve read about ADHD—maybe you’re newly diagnosed, or maybe you’ve already done the research—but something still feels incomplete. The advice out there can feel surface-level, focused on strategies without really explaining why things work (or don’t work) for you. ADHD isn’t one-size-fits-all, and you don’t want to just fit yourself into a box—you want to truly understand yourself.
This 8-week live series goes beyond generic advice, giving you the deeper knowledge you need to make sense of your brain, your experiences, and what actually works for you. When you understand yourself on this level, you’re not just managing ADHD—you’re learning how to work with it, in a way that fits who you are.

Hi, I’m Zoe
After discovering my own ADHD in my mid-thirties, I spent years supporting adults with ADHD through coaching before further training as a Trauma and Somatic Counsellor.
I’ve given talks, appeared on podcasts, and dedicated myself to understanding what truly makes us human—and, more importantly, how to support those navigating ADHD.
Now, I’m bringing together years of knowledge, research, and lived experience into a series that’s clear, insightful, and easy to digest—so you can finally make sense of ADHD in a way that works for you.

Only 10 Spaces Available! 😮
An 8-week live series that explores ADHD beyond the basics—covering medication, hormones, the nervous system, RSD, and the deeper insights that help you truly understand yourself.

Who This Is For:
✔️ Adults with ADHD (diagnosed or self-identified) who want to deepen their understanding beyond generic advice.
✔️ Those who are newly exploring ADHD and want clear, well-structured information without overwhelm.
✔️ People who have done the research but still feel like something’s missing and want a more in-depth, well-rounded perspective.
✔️ Anyone who wants a deeper understanding of themselves—so they can navigate ADHD in a way that actually works for them.
✔️ Those who learn best through live discussion, Q&As, and real-world insights rather than just reading books or watching short videos.
Who This Is Not For:
❌ Someone looking for a step-by-step productivity course. This isn’t about hacks or rigid structures—it’s about self-understanding.
❌ People who want a quick fix. ADHD is complex, and this series is about deep learning and whilst there are ADHD tools involved, it’s not a quick fix.
❌ Anyone expecting a therapy group. While we’ll cover deep topics, this is an educational series, not group therapy.
❌ Those who prefer a live course. The strength of this series is in the live discussions, Q&As, and interactive learning.
❌ People who aren’t open to self-exploration. This series is about going beyond surface-level ADHD advice and diving deeper into self-awareness.

I’d recommend having a pen and notebook (or anything you like to take notes with) so you can jot things down or doodle as we go.
