Healing Starts with Understanding, This is Your First Step
Trauma isn’t just about the big, obvious events—it’s the experiences that shaped how we see ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us.
Through live discussions, Q&As, and practical insights, you’ll gain the tools and awareness to move forward with more clarity, self-compassion, and understanding. Because healing isn’t about fixing yourself—it’s about reconnecting with who you’ve always been.

Does Any of This Sound Familiar?
You’ve read about trauma—maybe you’ve been through therapy, or maybe you’ve done the research—but something still feels incomplete. So much of the advice out there talks about trauma in a way that feels distant or clinical, without really explaining how it shows up in you. Trauma isn’t just about big, obvious events—it’s about how your experiences have shaped the way you see yourself, your relationships, and the world around you.
This 8-week live series goes beyond the surface, helping you connect the dots between your past and present in a way that finally makes sense. You’ll gain the knowledge and awareness to understand your nervous system, your patterns, and your emotions—so you can move forward with more clarity, self-compassion, and ease.
📌 Join us to explore trauma in a way that feels safe, insightful, and empowering.

Hi, I’m Zoe
After discovering my own ADHD in my mid-thirties, I spent years supporting adults with ADHD through coaching before further training as a Trauma and Somatic Counsellor.
I’ve given talks, appeared on podcasts, and dedicated myself to understanding what truly makes us human and Trauma is the biggest part of the picture that we’re just not talking about.
Now, I’m bringing together years of knowledge, research, and lived experience into a series that’s clear, insightful, and easy to digest—so you can finally make sense of Trauma in a way that works for you.

Only 10 Spaces Available! 😮
An 8-week live series that goes beyond “big T” trauma—exploring attachment, memory, inner child work, and the nervous system to help you make sense of your experiences and healing journey.

Who This Is For:
✔️ Anyone who wants to better understand trauma—how it impacts the brain, body, and emotions, and how to navigate healing in a way that makes sense for them.
✔️ People who suspect past experiences may still be affecting them today and want to explore this in a structured, insightful way.
✔️ Those who have already done some self-work (therapy, coaching, or personal development) but feel like they’re still missing pieces.
✔️ Anyone curious about concepts like attachment, inner child work, and nervous system regulation and how they apply to real-life experiences.
✔️ People who want a deeper, more holistic understanding of trauma—beyond just definitions and theories.
✔️ Those looking for a safe space to learn without pressure to share personal experiences.
Who This Is Not For:
❌ Anyone looking for a therapy group. While this series explores trauma deeply, it’s an educational space, not a substitute for one-on-one therapy.
❌ People wanting a quick fix. Healing takes time, and this series is about gaining awareness, not instant solutions.
❌ Those who aren’t ready to engage with these topics. If exploring trauma feels too overwhelming right now, it might not be the right time.
❌ Someone who prefers a self-paced course. The live discussions and Q&A are key parts of the learning experience.
❌ People who need crisis support. If you're in acute distress, a trauma-informed therapist or crisis support service may be a better fit.

Frequently asked questions
-
The series is designed as a complete package, with each session building on the last. Because everything we cover is interconnected, tickets are only available for the full 8-week series rather than individual sessions.
-
Yes, if you can’t attend a session live, a replay will be available to watch for the duration of the 8 weeks.
-
It’s completely normal to feel apprehensive about exploring trauma. These sessions may bring things up, so it’s important to approach them with care and self-compassion. You are always in control—you can step away, take a break, or revisit sessions at your own pace if needed.
That said, healing happens when we give ourselves space to reflect, and sometimes the most growth comes from sitting with discomfort in a supportive way. I encourage you to approach this series gently, knowing that you’re not alone, and to take care of yourself throughout the process.
We’ll also be doing some breathing and nervous system regulation as we go.
-
I’d recommend having a pen and notebook (or anything you like to take notes with) so you can jot things down or doodle as we go.
Feel free to bring anything that helps you stay comfortable and engaged—fidget toys, blankets, candles, or whatever makes your space feel right for you. Whether you prefer a stimulating setup or a calmer environment, the goal is to make learning work for you.
This isn’t just about listening—I want you to interact with the material in a way that suits your brain!
-
I’d love for you to participate in whatever way feels right for you—engagement helps our brains process and retain information! But there’s no pressure.
You’re welcome to have your camera and mic off, join in via the chat, or simply listen without interacting. Do what feels best for you.
Each session will include slides, engaging discussions, and a Q&A. Plus, I’ll send you the slides afterward to help you absorb and revisit the information at your own pace.
